MPI Exhaust Tech. Warranty Procedure

 

Howdy, MPI Exhaust Technologies is here to make the warranty process as easy and efficient as possible. We proudly stand behind the products we Build and sell. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this problem may have caused and will do everything we have agreed to fix this issue. Please follow the steps below with all available information to ensure we can get this issue fixed and make it right.    

 

Claim Process – Please Email MPI Exhaust Tech. with the possible issue, mikespipesinc@gmail.com, We require several product images to determine the cause of the possible failure, and then a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number. Once the RMA number is received, the original purchaser may return the product to the address provided by MPI Exhaust Tech., along with the RMA number and Proof of Purchase of the covered product. The Proof of Purchase must clearly show the place of purchase, purchase price, product purchased, and date of purchase. If upon inspection by MPI Exhasut tech. the product is found to be defective in material or workmanship, MPI Exhaust Tech.  shall at its option, either exchange the product for a new product with the same part number or refund the original purchase price.

 

The Exchange Process for a warranty item, when an item is exchanged before MPI Exhaust tech. received the item in the warranty request. We will input the warranted item like a sale order then when we receive the item of warranty approval you will be refunded the item amount. We will need a payment option to complete this style of transaction to ensure the warrant item will be shipped to MPI Exhaust Tech. If the item is not received within 15 days a refund for the warrantied item will not be issued. As stated in the warranty policy we aren’t responsible for shipping a warranty item.
